TO: Stores Manager
MAIN SCOPE AND SUMMARY:
The Attendant will be employed on the following conditions:
a. To work at the RSS Air Wing
Hangars, Regional Trends and Analysis Cell Offices, and RSS Officers’ Lounge.
b. When a Course is being conducted,
the Attendant will assist with the cleaning of the Classrooms, the Barracks,
and laundry for the students.
KEY
DUTIES
The
Attendant is responsible for the following duties:
a. RSS
Air Wing Hangars:
(1)
Ensuring that all offices, conference rooms, kitchenettes, and ablutions at the
RSS Air Wing Hangars are swept and cleaned daily.
(2)
Mopping the appropriate areas as necessary.
(3)
Ensuring that the refrigerator is cleaned weekly.
(4)
Ensuring that the garbage is disposed of daily.
(5)
Cleaning all telephones daily with a mild disinfectant.
(6)
Ensuring that there is adequate toilet paper, paper towels, and soap available
in the washrooms.
(7)
Reporting any damage to the furniture or equipment you may come across during
your rounds to the Stores Manager.
(8) When
official visits are made to the Air Wing, assist with refreshments as required.
b. RTAC
Office:
(1)
Ensuring that all offices and ablutions are swept and cleaned daily.
(2)
Mopping the appropriate areas as necessary.
(3)
Ensuring that the garbage is disposed of daily.
(4)
Ensuring that there is adequate toilet paper, paper towels, and soap available
in the washrooms.
(5)
Reporting any damage to the furniture or equipment you may come across during
your rounds to the Stores Manager.
c. RSS
Junior Lounge
(1)
Ensuring that the Lounge is cleaned daily and kept in a tidy manner. Mopping
will be done as necessary.
(2)
Reporting any damages, you may come across to the Stores Manager or the
Administrative Officer.
d.
Assistance to Training Courses
(1)
Preparing the RSS TI Barracks which includes cleaning windows, preparing the
beds and ablutions.
(2)
Laundering the students’ uniforms including Physical Training wear as
necessary.
(3)
Keeping the laundry area in a tidy manner at all times.
e. Any
other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
HOURS
OF WORK
• Standard
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:00 hours, adhering to BCG Headquarters
protocols.
