Executive  Director of the RSS, Rear Admiral Errington Shurland, and Executive Director of CDEMA, Elizabeth Riley, signed a revised MOU, during the RSS' Council of Ministers Meeting on Friday, March 27. The Regional Security System (RSS) has signed a revised Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA), reinforcing and expanding the long-standing partnership between the two organisations. Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies.
