Executive  Director of the RSS, Rear Admiral Errington Shurland, and Executive Director of CDEMA, Elizabeth Riley, signed a revised MOU, during the RSS' Council of Ministers Meeting on Friday, March 27. The Regional Security System (RSS) has signed a revised Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA), reinforcing and expanding the long-standing partnership between the two organisations. Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies.   The Regional Security System (RSS) is inviting applications from suitably qualified and highly motivated professionals to fill the positions of Finance Officer and Project Manager under its Maritime Project. The Finance Officer will provide strategic financial oversight and ensure compliance throughout the life of the project, while the Project Manager will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and overseeing the successful implementation of all project activities.
