RSS Training Institute Working To Strengthen Regional Investigative Capacity

  The Regional Security System Training Institute (RSS TI) has successfully completed a Criminal Investigation Course designed to boost the region’s ability to investigate and manage serious and complex crimes. The intensive programme brought together law enforcement officers from across Member States for hands-on instruction in modern investigative techniques and professional case management. Developed to strengthen core competencies in major crime investigations, the course covered evidence gathering, crime scene management, interviewing techniques, analytical thinking, and leadership. Participants also explored best practices in inter-agency collaboration and decision-making—key elements in delivering consistent, high-quality investigative outcomes across the region.
